Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Aruna Aircon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aruna Aircon regarding your use of our website and services.
Services Description
Aruna Aircon provides air conditioning sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services for domestic, industrial, and commercial clients. Our services include but are not limited to:
- AC installation (Split, Window, Cassette, Centralized)
- AC repair and maintenance services
- Commercial and industrial AC solutions
- Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
Service Warranty
Our Warranty Coverage
• 90-day warranty on all repair services
• 1-year warranty on installation work
• 5-year warranty on new AC units (manufacturer warranty)
• 30-day warranty on spare parts replacement
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For full warranty details, please contact our customer service.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service Cancellation
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
• 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of service
• Same-day cancellation may incur full charges
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Installation fees are non-refundable after work begins
• Product returns subject to manufacturer's return policy
User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure safe access to your premises for service
- Not misuse or tamper with our equipment
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruna Aircon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of services
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
